Activation and regulation – in one format.

Burn & Breathe isn't a fitness programme. And it's not a yoga class. It's an approach that brings together two things that are equally missing from most working days: deliberate physical activation – and the ability to bring the nervous system back down.

Both belong together. Both work immediately. And both can fit into a normal working day.

— MOVEMENT —

Functional Training & Mobility

Functional training means movement that matters in real life. Not isolated bicep curls – but strengthening the muscles that take the most strain after hours at a desk. Back, shoulders, neck, hips, deep stabilising muscles.

The goal isn't fitness in the conventional sense. It's a body that can carry a long working day without finishing it in pain.

Every exercise works without equipment, without changing clothes and without any prior experience – right there in the office, right there in the day.

— BREATHWORK —

Breathwork & Nervous system regulation

Breathwork isn't a relaxation exercise. It's a scientifically grounded tool for regulating the autonomic nervous system.

In plain terms: breathing patterns directly influence whether the body stays in stress mode or shifts into a state of focus and recovery. That's not a concept – that's physiology.

In a workplace context, this looks like: a short breathing sequence after an intense meeting. A reset after a long morning. A way to actively come down, rather than waiting for the stress to pass on its own.

No esoteric elements. No prior experience needed. Immediately applicable.

The combination is the key

Movement activates. Breathwork regulates. Together, they create a format that doesn't just strengthen employees physically – it makes them more capable of handling what the working day throws at them.

That's the core of Burn & Breathe.

And it's why the feedback after sessions is consistently the same: people feel better. And they come back.

What a session with me actually looks like

I adapt every session to the group in front of me. Not every company is the same – not every team, not every room, not every moment. Some groups need intensity. Others need stillness and regulation that day.

I read the room, adjust the format, and make sure everyone – regardless of fitness level or experience – can genuinely take part.

Before anything begins, we also work out together: when do people realistically show up? How is it communicated internally? Who's the point of contact on your side? These questions determine the success of a programme more than the content ever will.
